Bears leader Kevin Warren on Matt Eberflus: We'll assess everything following season.

The Bears will play the Packers in their season finale this coming Sunday, and until then, they will not discuss their summer plans.

Kevin Warren, the team president, made that statement on Friday. No matter what happens in Week 18, the Bears will still end up with a losing record.

However, head coach Matt Eberflus has the club on the right road with four wins in a row, so there is some optimism.

Warren stated on Friday that the team would be assessing everything soon but declined to go into detail about Eberflus' future or anything else.

Warren told Mark Grote of WSCR, "You know, as we've said all along, we just continually will stay focused on finishing the season strong take a big picture — methodical — look at everything.

And so it was. Going to Green Bay tomorrow is something I'm really excited about.

With the #1 overall selection in their pocket heading into the 2024 season, the Bears will have a lot of questions, one of the biggest being the future of quarterback Justin Fields.
